COVID-19 PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

SacAnime complies with the measures set forth by the California Department of Public Health to help stop the spread of COVID-19. This may include showing proof of vaccination and/or a negative test.  We will not know what these requirements are until closer to our event.

If you are feeling sick, please consider skipping the event.  Your unused ticket will be honored at next SacAnime show. 

Proof of vaccination or negative test will NOT be required to attend SacAnime Summer 2024. Masks are strongly recommended, but not required indoors.

Effective April 1, 2022: the California Department of Public Health’s requirements for vaccine verification or proof of negative test for Indoor Mega Events will be lifted and move to a strong recommendation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. REFUNDS - This ticket is non-refundable unless the Purchase Protection Program is selected. If your plans change and Purchase Protection is not selected, current tickets will be honored at the next available SacAnime.
2. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS -  Once your ticket receipt has been scanned and badges are distributed, it it the purchaser's responsibility to keep track of their badge(s).  SacAnime is not responsible for lost or stolen badges, and replacement badges may incur the posted "single day" rate for replacement.
3. TERMS OF SERVICE - By purchasing a ticket to SacAnime, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines for the show.  A full list of show policies can be found here: SacAnime Convention Policies
4. GUESTS OF HONOR - SacAnime books all guests on a "Good Faith" basis, but sometimes last-minute cancellations occur.  Any guest changes will be posted on our website and social media as soon as information is available.
5. MARKETING - Your privacy is our utmost concern.  We will NEVER sell your information.  We will occasionally email you updates or information about our events.  You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email or contacting us directly.
